Terms and Conditions of Service

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Joego Properties (“Company”) to clients engaging in renting, selling, buying, building, and/or patronising our property management services. By engaging with our services, clients agree to abide by these Terms:

  1. General Overview: Joego Properties offers a range of services including property renting, selling, buying, building, and management. These services are provided subject to the following terms and conditions.
  2. Renting, Selling, and Buying Properties: a. The Company will act as an intermediary between clients and potential tenants, buyers, or sellers. b. The Company does not guarantee the availability of suitable tenants, buyers, or properties. c. Clients must provide accurate and complete information about the property to ensure accurate representation. d. The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue representation of properties that do not meet our criteria.
  3. Property Building and Construction: a. The Company will provide construction and building services in accordance with the mutually agreed-upon plans and specifications. b. Clients must provide necessary permits and approvals, as required by local regulations, for the construction project. c. The timeline and budget for construction will be agreed upon before commencement of work. d. Any changes to the construction plans must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
  4. Property Management: a. The Company will provide property management services including maintenance, repairs, tenant management, and financial reporting. b. Fees for property management services will be outlined in a separate agreement. c. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, including its condition and any necessary repairs. d. The Company will make reasonable efforts to address maintenance and repairs promptly but does not guarantee immediate response times for all issues.
  5. Fees and Payments: a. Fees for services provided by the Company will be communicated and agreed upon with the client in advance. b. Payment terms, including the schedule and method of payment, will be outlined in the agreement. c. In the event of non-payment or late payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.
  6. Confidentiality: a. The Company will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. b. Clients should be aware that information shared through digital communication may not be completely secure.
  7. Liability and Indemnification: a. The Company will strive to provide services to the best of its abilities but does not guarantee any specific outcomes. b. Clients are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information provided by the Company. c. Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.
  8. Termination of Services: a. Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any terms outlined in a separate agreement. b. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees or expenses will be due and payable.
  9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: a. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. b. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the chosen arbitration authority.

By engaging with Joego Properties services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and clients will be notified of any changes. Clients are advised to review these Terms regularly to stay informed about their obligations and rights while using Joego Properties’ services.
